Roger Ervin - Professional Stylist

BACKGROUND
Roger was born and raised in North Carolina. After graduating from High School in 1980, he found himself in Dallas, Texas. Roger attended Rene's Cosmetology School. He felt that hair styling was a great fit for his career aspirations. He was looking for a profession that he could be self-motivated, have a good vision, utilize his great people skills and perform his art. His current clients will confirm that Roger made a great career choice.

Roger's first hair stylist position was with a JCPenney's hair salon. This was a good learning place for Roger and it had a lot of walk-in clients. He developed his trade by working and owning several hair salons in the Dallas, Texas area. In 2002, Roger moved to San Diego and started working at Wavelength Productions Salon in Hillcrest. He worked at Wavelength for 5 years and then moved to his current salon, Thick Salon. Thick Salon is located near Hillcrest's popular University Avenue.
